Eating a balanced diet is the best way to achieve and maintain a healthy diet Use at least as many calories as you take in DON’T Skip meals – especially breakfast
Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday Choose a variety of fruits and vegetables each day Make whole grains a part of your daily diet When eating meat, choose lean cuts and fish Include fat-free or low-fat dairy products Limit how much saturated fat, trans fat and cholesterol you eat Use variety to keep your meals interesting!! |
