What FIT Looks Like on You

Being FIT means different things to different people. I feel FIT right after a good workout. I am proud of my body for what it has accomplished and what it can do. I also feel FIT when my clothes start to fit the way they were intended. When I go to the gym it still amazes me how good I feel after I work out. Not just because I accomplished my goal, but because I actually feel like my clothes fit better. I know that 1 workout doesn’t make the kind of dramatic dent in my weight that would make me suddenly lose 10lbs. However, when I look in the mirror after my workout I find that I am more likely to say positive things about the way I look when I get dressed, hold my head a little higher and even flex my muscles. I have finally realized that it’s not the way the clothes FIT nor the way I look in the mirror. For me, FIT means strength and CONFIDENCE. Whether it’s reaching your goal weight or fitting into those skinny jeans…What Does FIT Mean to You?
